Lamborghini Diablo Body Panels / Spoilers

As one of our patrners has a Lamborghini Diablo VT we have developed an extended interest in this car. Over the coming months our range of Diablo panels, bumpers, spoilers and other items suitable for both genuine and replica owners will expand. Also, unlike other UK suppliers our prices will be the same for both types of owner. (genuine owners who have already tried to source replica parts from certain ‘Kit Car’ makers will know exactly what we mean!)

We are currently involved with a moulder in the US and intend, in the near future, to supply high quality copies of virtually every panel, spoiler and bumper available for 1991 to 2001 model years in either GRP or carbon fibre. Details of all products currently available are shown below.

M99 Lamborghini Diablo Carbon Fibre Wiper Spoilers

A brand new pair of replacement carbon fibre windscreen wiper spoilers (fins as they are termed by Lamborghini) for the Diablo. They suit all models from 1991 to 1999.

The genuine Lamborghini wiper spoilers have recently been increased in price to £350 (appx. $700) / pair due to short supply. As far as we are aware there is only one other company in the US produing copies of this item. Their price is £140 (appx. $275) / pair. Their copies are however far more basic and do not include the outer lip as per the original items - Ours do!

The spoilers are produced using genuine aerospace quality carbon fibre, specifications as follows :

4/4 Twill Weave
Weight: 280 Gsm
Tensile Strength: 4900 Mpa
Tensile Modulus: 235 Mpa

Each spoiler is constructed by ourselves in the UK. The moulds we have created were taken directly from 97' VT wiper spoilers and then highly polished. The finished article shares the exact same contours as the original.

Each is constructed from two layers of carbon fibre which is vacuum bagged during the moulding phase ensuring the composite conforms perfectly to the mould. Following this the edges are trimmed by hand to match the originals and three coats of high gloss UV resistant lacquer is applied.

As you can see from the images, the final result is superb. Also note that we use a peel-ply for the rear surface of these spoilers. This ensures the rear face and the outer most lip of the spoiler is of a far higher quality than that of the original Lamborghini item. Compare you're own with our images and you will see what we mean!.

Our spoilers are made from a wider weave carbon cloth than that used by Lamborghini, this gives, in our opinion, a far nicer looking result. We have left the fixing edges undrilled, you will therefore need to drill 2 x small holes in each one and then rivet them to your wiper arms (we include the rivets). We decided to leave them undrilled as previous customers who purchased drilled items found that their hole positions varied a little.

Please note : The current batch of spoilers we have in stock have a black rear / end face (ie. not visibile carbon on the rear). The front face is still unaltered and visible carbon.

Lamborghini Diablo SV Engine Cover

Lamborghini Diablo SV engine cover. This was purchased by M99’s owner last year from Parallel Designs (a company that sells Lamborghini Diablo replicas / kit cars) as a replacmemnt for his standard VT engine cover. Upon purchase it was advised that this engine cover was identical and would fit a genuine Diablo. Sadly, it does not. The Parallel Designs Diablo copy SV engine cover is actually 40mm narrower and 20mm shorter than that of a genuine Diablo SV.

This cover could however be made to fit a genuine Diablo with a little work. On the images above please note the red lines, if each one of these edges were to be extended by 20mm then the engine cover would fit the genuine vehicle. As it currently stands it will fit a Parallel Designs Diablo replica only.

This cover also comes complete with the underside moulding and the rear mesh grill already fitted. The rear brake light is also included.

Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Bumper Strip

Lamborghini Diablo SE30 1995 onwards front bumper weather strip.

A replacement black rubber strip for the base of the Diablo SE30 front bumper. Our strip is 19mm deep x 12mm thick. It has a self adhesive backing and is virtually identical to the standard Lamborghini item. When installing you will need to secure it in place with a contact adhesive such as Evo Stick (the self adhesive backing on the rear of the strip is not 100% water tolerant).
