No hot-linking please - Images and text must be hosted on you’re site. __________________________________________________________ Step B - Placing an order with us to be shipped to your customer : After you have completed the above steps, you will be able to order from our website immediately. To learn how to do this correctly please follow the next 4 steps : Step 1 : Locate the product you have sold from within our website and click the respective ‘Buy’ button. Please note the section in which the product was advertised and enter the corresponding ‘Voucher Code’ (as noted in the ‘Discount’ section above). The image below shows the ‘Voucher Code’ 211144 being entered (This code equates to 10% Discount). Once the ‘Voucher Code’ has been entered click the ‘RECALCULATE’ button and the discount will be applied. Enter the text ‘Drop Ship’ and your original order number (eg. 512134) into the ‘Do you have any comments ?’ box. VITALLY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ We can’t stress enough how important this step is - If you don’t enter the text ‘Drop Ship’ and your original order number into the comments the following will happen : * The voucher code will be void If both ‘Drop Ship’ and your original order number are correctly entered into the coments box - your card will be charged at the discounted price, your card receipt (printed by our PDQ terminal) will be automatically destroyed, your customer is sent their goods and everything runs smoothly. Step 2 : Enter your address details in the ‘Purchase Details’ section and your customers details in the ‘Delivery Address’ section. Click the ‘CONTINUE’ button.
Step 3 : Select the ‘Debit or Credit card’ option and click ‘CONTINUE’
Step 4 : Enter the credit / debit card details you used for your ‘Drop Ship Membership’ into the card payment section. Finally, click the ‘ORDER NOW’ button.
That’s it ... you’re order has now been placed. You will receive an automated confirmation E-mail. We will then take the reduced payment from your card and ship the product direct to your customer in plain packaging! Notes / Terms : 1) If you have a website (or intend to create one) and do not have the means to collect customer credit / debit card details please visit www.mals-e.com. This company offers an e-commerce system that is both easy to implement and totally free. We use the ‘Premium’ version of their system for this website. 2) We strongly advise that you add, or at least take note, of the following sections from our ‘Terms & Conditions’ (shown on our ‘Information’ page). As we are dispatching goods on your behalf these will apply to you : 3) You will be responsible for informing your customers of any orders that can not be processed / dispatched. Possible reasons for this are : Sold out (SO) and ‘Not available for drop shippers’ (DS). You will be advised of this by E-mail if applicable. 4) Orders placed by ‘Drop Shippers’ will normally be dispatched within 1-3 working days, but please also note the shipping / delivery timespans in our ‘Terms and Condions’ (‘Information’ page) as these will also apply to you. 5) ‘Drop Ship Returns’ (DSR) - If your customer wishes to return a product under either the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Incorrectly supplied or Faulty goods please ask them to send it to us at the following address : DSR, Order Number XXXXXX, Unit A3, Enterprise Park, Brunel Drive, Newark, Notts, NG24 3NN. Please ensure they enclose your order number where marked with the XXXXXX. We will then either refund your card or replace - Whatever is required. Please note all returns should arrive back with us within 30 days.
